Drive increased user engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty by implementing tailored communication strategies designed to boost connection and retention
Lead the development and enhancement of the client’s digital platforms, member data management, and CRM systems, ensuring alignment with broader marketing objectives and global frameworks
Maximize revenue potential and business growth through strategic marketing efforts and the efficient use of customer insights and data analytics

POSITION INFO:

What you will be doing:
Design and implement a holistic member engagement strategy that supports the client’s overarching business objectives, including growth, revenue generation, and profitability, while incorporating best practices from global operations
Oversee the deployment of digital channels, marketing automation, and CRM systems, ensuring tools and processes are tailored to the client’s requirements
Develop the required data infrastructure and technological platforms to facilitate personalized communication at scale effectively
Extensive technical knowledge of digital channels, customer journey design, data analysis, segmentation, and reporting tools
Proficient in analysing customer data to uncover behavioural insights and preferences, using these to develop targeted and impactful marketing campaigns
Deep understanding and practical experience with CRM platforms such as Braze, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar
Skilled in leading teams to create compelling content for direct communication channels, with experience in content marketing, campaign analytics, email marketing design, customer journey mapping, and engagement strategies
Strong project management capabilities, adept at handling competing deadlines and overseeing client deliverables using recognized project management tools (e.g., Asana, Podio, Monday.com)
A minimum of 3 years in senior leadership roles with demonstrated people management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels, including executive leadership
Strategic thinker with the capacity to align long-term vision with broader business objectives
Innovative and passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences through relevant communication strategies and creative content
Adept at thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
Flexible and enthusiastic about adapting to evolving priorities and business demands
