SUMMARY:
My client is looking for a Head of Employee Rewards and Recognition, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing employee rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and short-term incentives, to maintain competitive and equitable pay practices.

POSITION INFO:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) (advantageous).
10+ years in Compensation and Benefits (3+ years in a leadership role).
Background in ITES, KPO, or Analytics industry.
Understanding tools like Tableau, Power BI, Qlik sense, etc.
Working with the Global Rewards team, designing and reviewing compensation policies, managing incentive plans, handling annual merit increases, and developing compensation dashboards.
This role also includes salary benchmarking, compliance oversight, and collaboration with finance for budgeting.
Drive and manage annual processes like Merit Increase, Bonus, and Equity.
Monitor, evaluate, and design Hiring Ranges with Recruitment, HRBP, and Business.
