POSITION INFO:

Senior Manager – Head of Compliance Insurance Industry

Seeking an experienced compliance leader for a high-stakes role within a prominent insurance organization.

Key Focus Areas:

Create and implement comprehensive compliance framework
Direct engagement with Board and Regulatory Authorities
Manage stakeholder relations with Prudential Authority and FSCA
Drive structural changes to address compliance requirements

Essential Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Law, or Business Administration (NQF Level 7)
Professional Membership: Chartered Corporate Governance Institute OR Admitted attorney
10+ years in compliance management/specialist role at a financial institution or insurer
Strong knowledge of Non-Life Insurance regulatory framework and PFMA
Proven experience in establishing compliance frameworks
Direct experience with regulatory authorities

Strategic leadership capability
Strong stakeholder management skills
Track record of implementing sustainable compliance solutions
