My client is in search of a proactive and visionary Head of Commercial to spearhead the analytics engine for two top-tier restaurant companies. You will drive actionable business insights, building a data-driven culture, improving business performance cross-functional processes. Develop and implement financial models to support strategic initiatives, identify trends and analyze variances, and manage annual price adjustments across multiple pricing tiers, platforms, and stores. You will be self-motivated, tenacious, and possess strong time and stress management skills, effective communication abilities, organizational structure with a collaborative spirit. Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all store POS back-end system
• Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends
• Create, monitor and maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly operational reports
• Report, support and guide the Management Team and Departments Heads with in-depth analysis of the business and operations
• Prepare presentations to the Management Team
• Collate all operational and business data analysis
• Prepare compilation of the weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting system
• Implement and manage all BI tools such as Qlik Sense and its dashboard reports
• Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI in marketing programs, menu pricing, promotions, new store rollouts as well as new projects
• Manage the annual and ad hoc price increases, product pricing and GP tracking

Requirements:

• BCom Degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics / Mathematics or equivalent
• A minimum of 8 years' relevant experience
• Proven experience in managing a team
• Advanced MS Office and MS Excel skills
• FMCG or QSR industry experience
• Excellent knowledge of all accounting processes
• Strong knowledge of quantitative statistical analyses
• Ability to use/adjust the relevant IT applications to retrieve data
