SUMMARY:
Seeking an experienced, qualified Actuary to lead capital and balance sheet management in one of the most renowned actuarial teams in the industry. This role focuses on developing strategies, ensuring financial risk governance, and driving sound business performance.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Solvency & Risk Management: Oversee Solvency Capital Requirements (SCR), risk margin calculations, dividends proposals, and prudential valuation.
Investment & Asset-Liability Management: Conduct Asset Liability Modelling (ALM), define investment strategies, and monitor performance.
Actuarial Modeling & Financial Reporting: Develop and maintain complex actuarial models for capital, pricing, and risk analysis.
Governance & Risk Control: Conduct first line assurance reviews and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of 5 Actuarial Specialists & Analysts.

Requirements:

Qualified Actuary with 2+ years post-qualification experience
Expertise in Solvency Assessment & Management (SAM) and capital management
People management experience
Experience with iterative risk margins (preferred)
