• Digital Strategy: Create innovative online content and optimise digital platforms to enhance customer engagement.
• Team Leadership: Build and inspire a marketing team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and a customer-centric mindset.
• Insights & Reporting: Analyse market trends, customer journeys, and campaign performance to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in marketing within the financial services or fintech sector.
