SUMMARY:
Our client in the Western Cape - Atlantic Seaboard is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of B2B Sales to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, business development, and market expansion, with a strong background in the wholesale industry being highly desirable. As the Head of B2B Sales, you will demonstrate exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, alongside visionary leadership to set and execute a strategic vision for sales growth. A Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) is required to ensure success in this exciting and impactful role.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent)
• Proven track record in sales leadership, business development, and market expansion
• Experience in the wholesale industry is highly desirable
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Visionary leadership with the ability to set and execute a strategic vision for sales growth

• Work with the Executive team to develop overall business development vision, strategy, plans, and processes that will drive sales growth, increase revenue, expand markets, and accomplish financial objectives.
• Brand Custodian.
• Implement Business targets.
• Maintain & grow sales function.
• Hold partners accountable for the brand including VM in stockists space & deliver & deliver on customer experience.

• Within this division, conceptualize & provide input into curated product range for stockists & corporates.

• Identify and evaluate new markets, partners, channels, and customers.
• Maintain a wide network of contacts to stay informed about current and future industry trends and market actions.
• Analyze the business environment, competitors, and customer needs to generate ideas for new products, services, pricing, and business models.

• Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and other stakeholders to support business development plans.
• Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

• Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team, aligning them with organizational goals.
• Manage & develop the team to ensure business KPI’s are achieved.

• Complete quarterly sales reviews & report back to business.
• Ensure that weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual reports are completed per region.

• Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 17:00 or Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 16:30
