Head of Accounting & Administration | iGaming Industry

SUMMARY:
Exciting opportunity to take on this pivotal role in managing the Accounting and Administration processes for this dynamic iGaming Group. You will be spearheading the accounting, cash flow, and payment functions, ensuring seamless operations.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline preferred. CPA will be advantageous
• Proven track record and 3 – 5 years working experience within a similar role (iGaming Industry experience will be advantageous)
• Ability to produce and maintain financial records in line with GAAP
• Proficient skills and working experience with QuickBooks (preferable) or Xero
• Fully Computer Literate (Excel Advanced Level)
• Hybrid Work Model (In-Office & Remote)
• Own transport and valid driver’s license (preferred)

Key Performance Areas:

• Maintain financial records by managing all postings to QuickBooks in a timely manner
• Perform audits to check the accuracy of financial information and accounting procedures
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and professional standards
• Manage fund flows within all bank accounts and payment processors and maintain ideal balances within each whilst coordinating with the CFO and CCO
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, this includes processing invoices to ensure timely payment to suppliers and tracking payments received
• Optimise FX gains and losses
• Collaborate with the other accounting departments in the group to devise and perfect the monthly process for intercompany payments
• Coordinate with the CFO in designing and executing a cashflow budgeting/cashflow projection and actuals process for both businesses
• Ensure that all reporting requirements are met monthly, quarterly and annually
• Conduct reconciliation of all accounts on an ongoing basis
• Identify, suggest and implement process efficiencies as needed
• Any other duties as requested by the Company
