Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Proven success in business development with at least 1 year in a leadership role, preferably in the media & marketing sector.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills, with experience driving revenue growth and market expansion.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of motivating teams to achieve goals.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client, partner, and stakeholder relationships, with effective negotiation and deal-closing skills.
• Experience in global markets, with knowledge of managing region-specific business initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate across teams and present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

• Develop and execute a business development strategy aligned with company goals, focusing on growth opportunities across various verticals and regions.
• Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals to drive performance and meet targets.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product development, and finance teams to create integrated strategies for revenue growth and market expansion.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, using insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, negotiating and closing deals to boost business growth.
