POSITION INFO:

My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join their team as the Head of Learning & Development. This role is pivotal in driving the strategic direction of their Learning & Development faculty and product development unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing their Research & Development, Monitoring & Evaluation, and Digital Enablement capabilities, ultimately ensuring transformation and impact across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of their Learning & Development strategy, ensuring alignment with both company and client objectives.

• Manage the creation and implementation of complex transformative solutions designed to deliver significant impact.

• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of high-quality learning content and solutions that drive measurable results.

• Direct the implementation, delivery, monitoring, and evaluation of large-scale learning projects to meet client objectives.

• Maintain and continuously improve learning materials, ensuring their alignment with best practices and industry standards.

• Provide ongoing training on products, services, and customized solutions for staff, clients, and associates.

• Collaborate with unit heads to ensure the seamless integration of products, services, and solutions across various business units.

• Develop and implement interventions for continuous professional development.

• Drive continuous improvement through collaboration with clients and service delivery teams.

• Manage the design and development of world-class digital/online learning platforms and auxiliary technologies.

Qualifications:

• Relevant post-graduate qualification in a related field.

• Proven experience in the design, development, and implementation of learning programs.

• Expertise in developing and implementing accredited vocational and occupational qualifications.

• Experience with digital/online learning solutions and Instructional Design.

• Strong quality assurance design expertise and experience.

• Excellent business writing and proposal development skills.

• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.
