Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant beverage operations to ensure seamless service delivery
• Manage staff, including recruitment, training, and scheduling, to maintain a motivated team
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by delivering outstanding service
• Implement and maintain hygiene and safety standards in compliance with regulations
• Monitor inventory levels and oversee the ordering of supplies
• Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and high-quality food production
• Meet financial objectives by forecasting needs, preparing budgets, and managing expenditures

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Beverage Manager, or similar role
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury restaurant setting
• Strong mixology and wine knowledge essential
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
• Ability to thrive under pressure and in fast-paced environments

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of restaurant software, inventory management, and POS systems
• Strong financial acumen and problem-solving capabilities
• Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene advantageous
• Multitasking abilities and effective task prioritization
• Additional language proficiency is a plus
