They are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef who is passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in managing kitchen operations, ensuring top-quality dishes, and leading a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. A strong focus on consistency, organization, and maintaining the highest culinary standards is essential, along with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with both kitchen and front-of-house staff.


Candidate Requirements:

• Tertiary Qualification
• Proven experience in a Fine Dining kitchen
• Experience managing staff and leading a team
• The ability to provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to produce excellent quality work unsupervised
• Excellent stock control capabilities
• Experience in staff scheduling and cleaning rosters
• Excellent Food Safety knowledge and the ability to ensure this is implemented and followed
• Capable of taking over in the absence of the Executive Chef
• Excellent communication skills, especially inter-departmental to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen and service
• Quick to think and problem solve
