SUMMARY:
Brand New Luxury Camp in the Spectacular Serengeti is looking for a HEAD CHEF

POSITION INFO:
This stunning curated safari lodge is set on a hill in the Mara region of Tanzania. They are looking for a Head Chef with a great attitude and someone who can mentor and train a team of staff. Ideally someone with experience in Mediterranean and Asian-fusion style cuisine. It will be an A'la Cart menu catering to a maximum of 50 guests at any given time.

Candidate requirements:

Culinary Degree or Diploma
Min of 5 years in a similar role at a recognizable establishment
The ability to curate menu's
Up to date with world food trends
Knowledge and ability to implement and upkeep Health and Safety standards
Knowledge on Mediterranean cuisine
Knowledge on Asian-fusion cuisine
The ability to mentor and lead a team of staff
Good command of the English language, written and spoken
Excellent personal skills with both guests and staff alike
Dedicated and loyal individual
Hands-on approach to management
