1. Strategic Planning and Execution:

• Design and implement a comprehensive channel partnership strategy in alignment with the company’s business objectives.
• Identify and recruit channel partners such as financial institutions, technology vendors, equipment manufacturers, and service providers.
• Ensure strategies are actionable, measurable, and focused on achieving defined business outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in channel sales, partnership management, or business development, preferably within the fintech leasing or asset finance industry.
• Proven success in scaling partner networks and building strategic partnerships.
• In-depth understanding of leasing and financial solutions, including lease structuring, financial analysis, and ROI projections.
• Familiarity with CRM and partner management tools (e.g., Salesforce, PartnerStack).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
