POSITION INFO:

Originally established in the late 17th century, it has evolved into a premier destination for wine lovers, food enthusiasts, and those seeking a refined countryside retreat. With breathtaking vineyard views, a world-class tasting experience, and an array of cultural and culinary delights, this estate offers a perfect blend of tradition and innovation. Candidate Requirements:

Must be fluent in English and have strong communication and interpersonal skills
A minimum of 4 years of luxury hotel experience
Mixologist and WSET/CWA certification advantageous
Must be guest-focused and service always orientated
Confident and hands-on
Ability to conduct regular stock-takes
Fully computer literate and analytically skilled
Flexible with working hours and must be physically fit
Ability to handle multiple tasks and problem-solving in a high-pressure environment
Must have strong leadership capabilities
Candidates must reside in Stellenbosch or close surrounding areas
