POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop hardware components, including schematics, layouts, and prototypes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and manufacturing teams, to create integrated solutions.
Perform simulations, testing, and validation to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance with standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware design issues during development and production stages.
Stay updated on the latest hardware technologies and industry trends, integrating innovative solutions into projects.
Create detailed documentation for designs, processes, and test results.

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in hardware design and development (e.g., PCBs, analog/digital circuits).
Proficiency in CAD tools for schematic capture and PCB layout (e.g., Altium, KiCAD, or similar).
Knowledge of hardware debugging tools and techniques (e.g., oscilloscopes, logic analyzers).
Strong understanding of [specific technology relevant to the role, e.g., "microprocessors," "FPGA design," or "embedded systems"].
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred:

Experience with [specific technologies or tools, e.g., "RF design," "power electronics," or "high-speed interfaces"].
Familiarity with compliance standards such as FCC, CE, or ISO.
Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python) for test automation.
