SUMMARY:
Our client in the Real Estate industry is looking for an independent contractor for a Half Day Senior Events Coordinator position in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric required
Related tertiary qualification required
4+ Years experience in Event Management (non-negotiable)
Candidate must be able to work half day
Candidate must be able to attend events at night

Duties and responsibilities:

Plan and execute a variety of events, including conferences, seminars, and corporate parties
Coordinate all event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and guest invitations
Manage event budgets and ensure all expenses stay within the allocated budget
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution
Provide post-event analysis and reports to assess the success of each event
