Our client in the Real Estate industry is looking for an independent contractor for a Half Day Senior Events Coordinator position in Gqeberha/ Port Elizabeth

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric required
• Related tertiary qualification required
• 4+ Years experience in Event Management (non-negotiable)
• Candidate must be able to work half day
• Candidate must be able to attend events at night

• Plan and execute a variety of events, including conferences, seminars, and corporate parties
• Coordinate all event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and guest invitations
• Manage event budgets and ensure all expenses stay within the allocated budget
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution
• Provide post-event analysis and reports to assess the success of each event
