POSITION INFO:
Here's what you'll do:

Spearhead the design and development of hydrogen projects, leveraging your expertise in production, storage, and application technologies.
Manage project teams effectively, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
Provide technical leadership and guidance, collaborating with cross-functional teams including scientists, engineers, and business development professionals.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in hydrogen technology and contribute to continuous improvement.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences, sharing your knowledge and building relationships.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

A Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the successful development of hydrogen projects, preferably in a leadership capacity.
In-depth understanding of hydrogen production methods (electrolysis, steam methane reforming, etc.), storage solutions (compression, liquification), and application technologies (fuel cells, turbines).
Proven ability to manage projects effectively, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk mitigation.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
A passion for sustainable energy and a commitment to innovation.
