As a Service Technician, you'll handle inspections, breakdowns, maintenance, and commissioning of HVAC systems. You'll provide 24/7 customer support, conduct site evaluations, and identify maintenance opportunities. Your role includes fault-finding, warranty work, and system improvements. You'll collaborate with teams, generate reports, and stay updated through training. Occasional travel and overtime may be required to ensure top-tier service.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

HVAC Diploma, National Trade Certificate in HVAC&R, and Safe Handling of Refrigerant (SAQCC Category B).
Minimum 5-7 years in HVAC service and maintenance, with at least 3 years in commissioning and fault-finding.
Strong fault diagnosis, system commissioning, and maintenance expertise in VRV and chiller systems.
Ability to compile detailed reports, communicate findings, and coordinate effectively with service teams.
Strong planning, problem-solving, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
