POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, installation, maintenance, and optimization of HVAC systems in commercial and industrial buildings.
• Perform load calculations, system evaluations, and energy modeling to ensure efficient operations.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other engineers to deliver integrated building services solutions.
• Ensure compliance with ASIB standards and other relevant regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing clients with effective and timely solutions.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and project specifications.
• Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and industry best practices.

• A recognized qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HVAC Engineer, preferably in the Building Services sector.
• ASIB accreditation is essential.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC design principles, system controls, and energy efficiency.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design and simulation software is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team collaboration.
