SUMMARY:
The Human Resources Manager / Assistant is responsible for supporting HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role involves collaborating with management to enhance organizational effectiveness and promote a positive workplace culture.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles, with knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
