You should be familiar with the recruitment cycle and have solid HR corporate experience, including onboarding and related processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR administration and recruitment, with the ability to manage the full recruitment cycle.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee records management, and onboarding processes.
- Proven experience in recruiting for software development, logistics, or agricultural roles would be advantageous.
- Ability to hit the ground running with high-volume recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Education: - Preferably a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
