HR/Business Analyst
We are seeking a highly competent HR/Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing HR data, identifying trends, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
· Collect, organize, and analyse HR data from various sources, including HRIS, payroll, and employee records.
· Accurately and diligently maintain HR reporting dashboards and metrics to track key performance indicators.
· Conduct in-depth analysis of HR data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement.
· Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills to perform data manipulation, create complex formulas, and develop detailed reports.
· Update and distribute achieved incentives to employees with utmost accuracy and diligence.
· Collaborate with senior management to understand their data needs and provide actionable recommendations.
· Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
· Support the HR team in data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
· Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging HR analytics trends.
Qualifications:
· Diploma in human resources, Business Analytics, or a related field is beneficial.
· 2 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a similar role
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data visualization techniques.
· Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
· Ability to translate complex data into clear and compelling presentations.
· Exceptional communication and people skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
