POSITION INFO:

We are recruiting on behalf of a client seeking an HR Specialist to join their dynamic team. If you have a strong background in talent acquisition and a passion for creating a positive work environment, this role offers a great opportunity for career growth.

Responsibilities:

Manage the recruitment and selection process for new staff
Oversee the employee work permit portfolio
Handle regulatory and Head Office reporting
Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures
Support corporate culture initiatives and employee team-building projects
Assist management with ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

Relevant Degree
3+ Years of HR Specialist experience, particularly in talent acquisition within a corporate environment
Proficiency in English and Mandarin (essential)
Strong presentation, communication, and report writing skills
Familiarity with talent acquisition channels and technology
