Job Description:
Join our dynamic HR project management team and take the lead in planning and coordinating innovative projects within a global IT service environment. In this role, you will be entrusted with comprehensive project management responsibilities and the opportunity to shape, develop, and implement key HR initiatives that drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the development and execution of HR transformation projects focused on organizational development, process optimization, and digitalization.
Act as a key liaison between the HR function and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and driving the successful achievement of project goals.
Contribute creative, proactive, and solution-oriented ideas to deliver tangible benefits to the company, employees, and HR operations.

Mission:

Drive the automation, harmonization, and digitalization of the HR function to improve efficiency and enhance service delivery.

Required Skills:

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in HR, project management, consulting, or a related field.
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a similar discipline.
Proven experience in global roles within international companies.
Familiarity with HR processes; deeper knowledge of the HR field is a plus.
Strong ability to define, communicate, and manage project goals, requirements, and expectations.
A strategic mindset with a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving and project execution.
High affinity for IT tools, process automation, and data analytics.
Strong collaboration skills, with experience leading global projects and working with international teams.
Customer- and stakeholder-focused, with a keen understanding of their needs.
Proactive in identifying issues and providing solutions that add value to the company and your colleagues.
