POSITION INFO:
Purpose of the Role:

Oversees the successful execution of HR processes and technologies to drive an efficient and optimal employee experience.
Responsibilities include reviewing and approving budgets, implementing new company policies, and maintaining internal HR systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of experience required] years of HR operations experience, with significant responsibilities in areas such as recruiting, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits administration, and compliance.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within HR operations.
• Proficiency in HR Management Systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to handle confidential HR information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities to manage multiple HR responsibilities effectively.

• Sound HR and IR knowledge - track record of 5 years or more.

• IR knowledge to include all aspects of discipline, including preparation for hearings and arbitrations
• Experience in strategic planning
• Ensuring adherence to standards, policies, and practices, and implementing performance management and operations management initiatives.
• Ensure appropriate HR transactional performance, and optimised HR systems
