SUMMARY:
We’re looking for a passionate and hands-on HR Officer for our established and expanding mining client in the Thabazimbi area!
POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:
- B Com/ National Diploma/ Similar tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or similar related field
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role within a Mining/ Plant/ Manufacturing/ Construction environment
- Solid experience generating Remuneration, HR, Labour, WSP, ATR and Mining Charter reports
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities given the need to engage with multiple stakeholders and communities
- Experience managing and mentoring staff
- Ability to represent the company at the CCMA and strong knowledge of the Mining Charter, Social and Labour Plans etc.
- Valid Driver’s license
