Cape Town - CBD - HR Officer required to join a highly respected firm of Architects.

POSITION INFO:
Our client, one of the most highly respected Architectural Firms in the country, is looking for an HR Officer to provide generalist HR Support to the business as well their external HR Consultancy.
Two to four years’ experience in a generalist HR role required to provide support to the HR Manager with the following tasks :

Recruitment
On-boarding
Contract Administration
Performance Reviews
HR Policies
HR Admin & Correspondence
Employment Equity and B-BBEE
Training & Development
HR Reporting
General HR Administration
