HR Manager - Admin- IT

SUMMARY:
Our client a specialist in Manufacturing and sales of Wiring Harnesses and components for Automobiles, requires the services of a HR Manager who is self-motivated with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment; communicate effectively at all levels; manage competing priorities, and adapt readily to new challenges.

POSITION INFO:

Role: HR Manager - Admin- IT

Location: Prospecton - Durban SA

Start Date: immediate

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business
• Management, or related field.

• Proven experience as an HR Manager in the Automotive sector or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of South African labour laws and regulations.

• Manage all aspects of Human Resources and Industrials Relations within the company.
• Experience in managing Section 189 A, CCMA Cases, Union related matters and Employment Equity.
• Manage all aspects of legal and statutory requirements within the company, including internal and external audits.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews and selection.

• Develop and update HR policies procedures in line with industry standards and legal requirements.
• Ensure compliance with employment equity, and BEE (Broad- Based Black Economic Empowerment requirements.

• Implement performance appraisal systems.
• Actively manage evaluations of employee performances within the company.
• Develop strategies for employee recognition and career development.

• Oversee training needs within the organization and design or implement relevant training programs.
• Encourage continuous learning and development to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

• Manage the BBBEE program and ensure accreditation levels are
• achieved and maintained.

• Manage employee compensation and benefits, ensuring competitive packages and adherence to budget constraints.

• Manage all general administrative activities and assets of the company
• Manage all IT aspects
