HR Manager

Our client is in the Retail Hardware Industry is seeking a HR Manager to join their team in Port Alfred. The HR Manager must reside in Port Alfred or be prepared to relocate to Port Alfred. This position involves traveling, as there are 8 branches in the Eastern Cape which will be visited on a regular basis

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee a staff compliment of 300
• All IR, Contracts, Training, Recruitment, Payroll and Performance Management.
• Dealing with Unions
• Wage negotiations
• CCMA cases
• Onboarding
• Maintaining Employee records
• Employee Wellness

• Minimum Requirements

• Matric
• HR Qualification
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a HR Management role
• MS Office
• IT savvy
• Willing to travel

• Good time management, planning & accuracy
• Problem solving & analytical skills
• Excellent management, communication and people skills
• Ability to handle pressure
• Accountability for work performed
