You will take responsibility for strengthening the companyâs vision, mission and values through OD interventions â

POSITION INFO:
BASIC JOB DESCRIPTIONâ
â
Contract Management:â

Manage staff recruitment and selection in strict accordance with HR legislation and company policies and procedures â
Oversee disciplinary proceedings and advise management on industrial relations issues and labour law â
Ensure all requirements and procedures for HR are implemented correctly and efficiently â
Manage the employees assistance programme and ensure feedback is given to staff, both informally and through performance reviews â
Ensure implementation of the training and development strategy â
Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high-quality standards consistently and accurately. â

REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS â

Relevant recognised tertiary qualification in HR or related experienceâ
Proficient computer skills in MS Officeâ
Min 4 years of previous experience in managing an HR function. â
A thorough knowledge of all legislation linked to the HR fieldâ
Employment equity â
Training & development exposureâ
Payroll exposureâ
