HR Manager

SUMMARY:
We require an experienced HR Manager in the Tulbagh / Winelands area. You will assist the Head of HR by implementing policies to foster a productive culture.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

1. Grade 12
2. HR / IOP Degree
3. At least 5 years HR experience
4. At least 3 years experience in a management/senior role
5. Employee relations and conflict resolution experience
6. Experience from the food and beverage, agricultural or manufacturing industries beneficial

• Oversee HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and employee needs.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
• Manage employee relations by resolving conflicts and fostering positive working relationships.
• Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and organizational effectiveness.
• Provide HR support to department heads to improve productivity, employee satisfaction, and retention.
• Conduct performance reviews and implement development plans for staff.
• Oversee payroll administration, benefits, and compensation packages.
• Provide guidance on employee health and wellness initiatives, ensuring a balanced work-life culture.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports for management review.
