HR MANAGER – AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY (NELSPRUIT)

SUMMARY:
We are seeking an HR Manager with experience in the motor industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a female HR professional with a strong background in recruitment, skills development, employment equity, and BEE compliance.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Commerce or related field)
• 5+ years of HR experience in the automotive industry
• Expertise in:
  • Recruitment & talent acquisition
  • Skills development & training (Merseta NSDMS preferred)
  • Employment Equity & BEE compliance
  • Payroll administration (Sage VIP Payroll experience required)
• Knowledge of automotive HR systems, including:
  • MIBCO Online
  • Employer
  • SARS eFiling
