Fantastic opportunity for a Human Resources Intern / Assistant with an automotive company in Johannesburg.

Duties: Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database and sorting emails for the HR department, Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves, Assist HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring and salary administration, Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews, Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees, Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience as Assistant in Human Resources, Marketing or any other department.
• Degree / Diploma in Human Resources.
• Passionate about people, but also strong admin skills.
• Task driven and very dedicated.
• Positive and energetic personality.
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
