POSITION INFO:

Morgan Motor Group is searching for an HR Generalist to join the HR and Compliance Team. The team is on a group level and provides assistance to multiple dealerships within the group.

The preferred candidate will have the following experience, skills and attributes:

Human Resources Degree or Related Degree
3-5 Years' experience with in an HR Generalist role
1-2 Years' experience in payroll
At least 2 years experience with the full B-BBEE function
Experience on Sage VIP (Classic) Payroll will be an advantage
Experience with MIBCO would be an advantage
Bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
Self-motivator
Attention to Detail
Able to work in a pressurized, fast-paced environment
Ability to multi-task
Passionate about administrative tasks
Take own initiative
Fast learner
Driver's lisence

The Key Performance Areas for this role will be as follows, but not limited to:

Provide HR and IR Support to Dealerships
Process Payroll for Dealerships
Provide support with B-BBEE Monitoring and Implementation
Provide support with Employment Equity
Provide support with Skills Development
Provide support with Occupational Health and Safety
