POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Business or Related
Grade 12 or Equivalent
8 years’ minimum experience in HR
Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Organisational, planning, and multi-tasking skills and effective communication skills.
Information gathering and information monitoring skills.
Good analysis and critical thinking skills.
Strong HR and Payroll knowledge
Some payroll systems knowledge

Responsibilities
The HR Generalist will need to develop, review, and improve policies, systems, and procedures and ensure the
company’s needs in this area are met especially to identify any risk areas.
