HR Generalist

POSITION INFO:
Key Duties:

Recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention.
Managing employee relations and performance appraisals.
Facilitating training and development programs.
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Supporting organizational development initiatives.
Maintaining accurate HR records and preparing reports.

Requirements:

Diploma in Human Resources or a related field (Required)

Minimum of 3 years as an HR Generalist (Required).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple HR functions effectively.
