R588K CTC PER ANNUM

SAP and SAGE 300 people experience an advantage

MEIBC essential (Metal and engineering industries bargaining council)

Full recruitment lifecycle experience

Related HR qualification essential plus minimum of 10 years experience
as as generalist

Must have reported directly to a HR Director / related. Must have worked
within a small team

Ability to multi skill and take personal accountability for personally
managing all generalist facets of an HR department

Must have worked within a manufacturing environment and have sound
knowledge of MEIBC

Must have personally handled the full life cycle of an HR department :
on boarding, SDF, terminations, IR,employee files, industrial matters,
performance matters, HR reports, etc

Will be appointed as a "right hand" to an HR Director. Accountability
for full support and back up to Director
