POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS
- Matric, Diploma or Degree in relevant HR field
- 3+ years’ experience in human resource processes
- High integrity with ability to take full ownership of the role and grow procedures
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with staff
- Excellent communication skills, must be bilingual in English and Afrikaans
- Payroll experience highly advantageous
- Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations
- Computer Literate in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook

- Leave administration
- Collating the salary information and administering salaries
- Reimbursements
- Subsistence and travel allowances
- Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation
- Compile and report on Skills and Employment Equity
- Workmen’s’ compensation forms and annual reporting
- Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness
- Creating clear and concise reports where required
- Maintaining employee and workplace privacy
- Manage job descriptions and profiling
- Company Events
- Additional ad-hoc requirements within the organisation
- Ensure that all staff understand and comply with Companies Policies and Procedures
