POSITION INFO:
Location: Lagos State, Nigeria

- Compliance and driving best HR practices
- L&D:
- Identify training needs and collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders
- Talent Management:
- Oversee the TA function and driving retention strategies
- ER:
- Focus on fostering positive employee relations, and driving engagement across the organization
- PM:
- Drive the overall performance management process
Key Skills & Requirements:- Education:
- Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in the HR discipline.
- Extensive knowledge of HR principles, practices, and Nigerian employment laws.
- Proven track record as a strategic HR Business Partner, aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Relevant experience in the trading/distribution sector is highly preferred.
