Our client, a specialist in network devices, is looking to employ a HR Business Partner to join their team in Midrand.

The HR Business Partner will need to have an HR and Legal qualification as well as 8 years of relevant experience in HR Management. Our client is also looking for a candidate who as extensive experience in conciliation and arbitration.
Required qualification and working knowledge:
- 8 - 12 years of experience as an HR Manager or related position
- 8 yearsâ experience with IR and working with the CCMA
- A Relevant HR Qualification
- A Relevant Legal Qualification
- Experience with Conciliation and Arbitration
POSITION INFO:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Team Management:
- Oversee and managing various multiple teams in the office
- Developing and executing HR Policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPâs)
- Drafting employee contracts and incentive structures
 IR Management:
- Managing and resolving IR and CCMA cases
- Conducting disciplinary hearings, performance hearings, contracts negotiations and contract addendum drafting
- Facilitating Conciliation and Arbitration processes
 Performance Management:
- Developing Key performance Indicators (KPIâs) across teams and departments
- Implement and conducting performance reviews and performance management
