Our client in the Manufacturing industry is looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to join their team

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Minimum Qualification: Undergraduate Tertiary qualification in the HR field
Minimum 5 years' experience working in a Human Resource role
Only apply if you come from the MANUFACTURING industry
Accreditation in SABPP or any other South African professional body will be beneficial
Strong knowledge in Human Capital Legislation, with preference to PIMCA
Must be strong in HR practices, policies and procedures
Will be responsible for general HR, Employee Planning and Relations, Employee Wellness, Performance Management, Learning and development, Risk Management, and Administration
Must have own reliable transport and driver's license
Must be strong on MS Office
