SUMMARY:
As an HR Business Partner, you will build collaborative partnerships with senior management within designated business units, offering strategic and operational HR advice and solutions. Your role will involve interpreting HR policies and employment legislation, advising on risk management, and coaching managers in people management, employee relations, change management, and employment equity.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Tertiary qualification in HR or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years as an HR Generalist.
- Strong understanding of relevant acts (LRA, BCEA, OSHA, COID, EEA) and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
