HR Admin

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative duties.

Education Requirements:

• Diploma/ degree in HR

• Minimum of 1 years' experience

POSITION INFO:
Key Performance Areas:

• Manage full recruitment cycle (screening, interviews, assessments, background checks, offers, contracts)
• Handle employee onboarding including system setup, orientation and documentation
• Process Injury on Duty (IOD) claims and coordinate with SENA
• Coordinate company training sessions and maintain training records
• Process employees leave and working hours in VIP and BioTime systems
• Submit monthly HR reports including employee lists and disciplinary actions
• Prepare monthly payroll documentation
• Issue disciplinary warnings and handle basic employee relations
• Maintain employee records and handle HR administrative duties

• Proficiency in HR information systems (VIP, BioTime)
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
