Morgan Motor Group is searching for an HR & Admin Assistant to join the HR and Compliance Team. The team is on a group level and provides assistance to multiple dealerships within the group.
The preferred candidate will have the following experience, skills and attributes:
- Experience on Sage VIP (Classic) Payroll will be an advantage
- Experience with MIBCO would be an advantage
- Bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
- Self-motivator
- Attention to Detail
- Able to work in a pressurized, fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Passionate about administrative tasks
- Take own initiative
- Fast learner
- Driver's lisence
The Key Performance Areas for this role will be as follows, but not limited to:
- Payroll administration and basic capturing
- Load employees on SAGE VIP
- Capture leave forms
- Print and pull reports and payslips
- Manage employee files
- Assist employees with basic payroll queriers
- SAF claims
- Assist Compliance Manager with B-BBEE, Health and Safety, Employment Equity and Skills Development printing and other administrative duties
- Assist Group HR Manager and Admin Manager with printing and other administrative tasks (multiple companies)
- Loading of payments on ABSA and FNB
- Filing - multiple companies
- Processing
- General Administration
- Manage office supplies
- etc.
