What You’ll Do

• Oversee projects from concept to construction, managing design, budgets, schedules, and teams.
• Coordinate architects, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to world-class quality standards.
• Apply international experience and innovative problem-solving to drive success.

What You’ll Need

• Qualifications: Grade 12 (NQF 4) and a diploma/degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: 3+ years managing construction, engineering, or solar installation projects; luxury hospitality experience is a plus.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project Tracking Software, and budget management.
• Extras: International project experience and SACPCMP registration (or equivalent), must have a valid passport
