SENIOR APPLICATION ENGINEER – VACANCY

The Senior Application Engineer will lead the Application Engineering department, overseeing daily operations and reporting to the HOD Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Approve proposals and manage related documents and trackers.
• Develop and deliver induction/training plans for new engineers.
• Oversee departmental assets, including procurement and vehicle checks.
• Provide bi-weekly trial feedback and reports.
• Manage the warranty claim process.
• Assist on-site with performance issues (e.g., CURVE, Battlemax, Black Widow).
• Lead application engineers in site activities.
• Drive improvements and report on project status.
• Assist with recruiting new engineers.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in centrifugal slurry pumps.
• 2-4 years managing a technical team.
• B.Eng or BTec in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Chemical, or Process Engineering.
• Based at Head Office in Centurion.
