SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic professional to lead leadership and organizational development initiatives. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and managing leadership training programs to build a strong pipeline of future leaders within the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for succession planning, talent development, and embedding leadership training into key business functions to drive long-term success.

POSITION INFO:
Recruitments:

10+ years in leadership development, corporate training, or talent management.
5+ years in a senior leadership or training role within a mid-to-large organization.
Proven success in building and executing leadership programs with measurable results.
Experience in succession planning and high-potential talent identification.
Preferred industry experience: pharmaceuticals, healthcare, FMCG, or high-growth corporate environments.

Education:

Master’s degree (preferred) or bachelor’s degree in:
- Organizational Development
- Leadership & Talent Development
- Human Resources / Industrial Psychology
- Business Administration (MBA with HR/Leadership focus)
- Education & Training (Corporate or Executive Learning)
Additional certifications are advantageous:
- Executive Coaching (ICF, EMCC)
- Talent Development (CIPD, SHRM-SCP, ATD)
- Change Management (PROSCI)
- Challenger Sales Model Training
