SUMMARY:
Seeking a Head of Student Affairs to lead student development, discipline, and extracurricular activities while ensuring a high standard of academic and behavioural excellence. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of high school experience in a managerial role, be SACE-registered, and possess strong leadership, administrative, and people management skills.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 & Fluency in English
Professional & Educational Qualifications with SACE Registration
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a high school setting in a similar or managerial role
Computer literate
Business background advantageous
Strong interpersonal, emotional intelligence, and people management skills
Ability to effectively manage staff and initiate fundraising and community projects
Excellent administration, planning, organisational, developmental, and monitoring skills
Experience in labour relations and disciplinary procedures
